Care on the move
T Assist is Toyota’s roadside assistance programme — listed on Service as Care on the Move and part of T CARE. Toyota Kirloskar Motor offers it complimentary for five years from purchase on new vehicles, with help available 24/7 through the 24x7 Roadside Assistance helpline or the Toyota i-Connect app.
What’s covered
If the vehicle cannot be driven after a breakdown or an accident, it is towed to the nearest Toyota dealership.
On-site help to restart a vehicle with a flat or dead battery.
Assistance with a puncture or a valve-related tyre problem so you can continue safely.
Support when the vehicle has run low on, or out of, fuel on the road.
Help when keys are locked inside or lost, leaving you unable to use the vehicle.
A taxi arranged so you can continue your journey, for distances up to 50 km.

Once the built-in cover ends, roadside assistance can be bought under Toyota’s Retail Program until the car is 8 years old. Ask your Mody Toyota service advisor to add it.
How it works
Call the 24x7 Roadside Assistance helpline, or request help from the Toyota i-Connect app on equipped vehicles.
Once the request is confirmed, you receive the assistance team’s details — and in some cases a live tracking link.
The team reaches you with on-location support, or tows the vehicle to the nearest Toyota dealership if it cannot be driven.
